I teach because I love to laugh. Laughter not only fills the body and brain with oxygen but it allows for many more options of how we move, think and feel. I find that in order to maintain equilibrium in a constantly changing world, I seek opportunities to challenge myself and others in a safe, non-threatening, humorous environment. I am continually searching for different ways to convince myself and my students that moving out of the comfort zone can be rewarding physically, mentally and spiritually. My teaching heroes are people with conviction, integrity and a sense of humor and include Erin and Kevin, Anne Green Gilbert and Sherri Alper. If it feels good I share it with others. If others feel good I want to share with them. It's an exciting vital circle of energy and one that I absolutely adore.
