I have always been searching... and one day I finally found what I was looking for, or was it the other way around??...I met Yoga. I have been traveling a lot during my life, and discovered beautiful places and grand cities. But I have never found anything that could match with the beauty of my own self discovery. Finally to know its okay to stand on my own to feet and it even feel GREAT.

My children gave life to this experience – and I owe them everything. They are the reason for me doing what I do. The teaching of yoga to children. Is my Dharma, my call. I burn for this. I have specialized in Yoga for Children (YogaKids) and yoga for Special Children (yoga for the special Child)  The children are my eternal teachers – they challenge my world – and the way I am in it. With children I feel alive, and I feel free. I have 3 wonderful children – one has Special Needs.

I see how they grow with yoga and adapt life – and cope with the changes and challenges. I am proud of them.

Lately – I have discovered CircusYoga – which for me was the missing link in my teaching. With this fabulous, playful and fun approach – we connect even better with the child in us, community and the earth.

My mission is to incorporate yoga in all schools and institutions in Denmark – and I envision my own place, a Little Yoga House, where children of all ages are welcome in tranquil and beautiful surroundings, to find a place of trust, serenity, peace, Yoga and movement.
