So what's the story here? Lots of my life has been affected by programs and R&R retreats at Kripalu, in Lenox, MA. Maybe, 15 years ago, I had finished a 'Women's Retreat' and at the end of the workshop the teacher led us in a meditation. Out of the blue, 'Hospital Clown' emerged and I knew that I had to do this. It's a long story, but I met a clown, at Kripalu, that afternoon, who took me on as a student. A few months later, I went to Clown College at the U of Wisconsin—and anyone who is even thinking of becoming a clown should consider their wonderful, week-long summer program.

And from then on, I have volunteered at hospitals and still do a monthly gig.

That being said.....someone told me about CircusYoga and I signed up thinking “well it'll bring a little levity to my practice and teaching” I had no idea how grand, exciting and wonderful it would be to learn 'circus arts' with Kevin and Erin. It was a week of personal growth. I was terrified to fly and there they were, smiling and telling me not to worry........ We flew and I soared.

Thinking about taking their program?.........

Stop thinking, sign up, and join the rest of us flyers!
