experience: 20 years of child and youth development and education work, 13 years working for international organizations such as ActionAid, Save the Children US, UNICEF and others in the following countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, South Africa, India, Nepal, Thailand, Switzerland, Turkey, Jamaica, Mexico, Ecuador, Chile and Peru; currently working for the YMCA of greater NY as the Director of a School Based Youth Development Program developing programs and services that support the growth and development of children and youth and raising global citizens; key trainer for Columbia University School of Social Work; curriculum work with other schools including the UN International School.
