I teach from a lifelong history of self-discovery.  Through perusing the self help aisles to seeking and finding teachers who resonate with my desire to learn to fly with complete freedom, I have found a deep well of determination and courage within.  I have found my inner teacher.  I teach because I find profound joy in putting to good use all that I have sought to learn about myself and the world around me.

I am dedicated to the liberating power of discovery through touch and movement.  As a mother, home birth advocate, massage therapist, yoga teacher, collage artist, craft enthusiast, and lover of humor and physical comedy,  I teach with an educated and aesthetic eye, a passion for physical contact, and a deep love of art and healing.

I have been self-employed as a massage therapist and yoga teacher, tie dye artist, craftsperson, and retail boutique owner throughout the past 25 years.  Having recently reawakened a pull toward the circus arts, I have rediscovered the thrill of playing and flying—childlike and free. I find the utmost joy in sharing my enthusiasm for the medium of the circus arts, the art of the clown, and authentic self-expression.  I am deeply honored to be a part of the circle of CircusYoga teachers and to have stumbled upon  Kevin and Erin Maile O’Keefe in a most auspicious and artistic way. (Thank goodness for t-shirt logos!)  I am forever grateful for this unraveling mystery of life...it has been worth every hairpin turn!
