Flying Partner Yoga

How can we become more present to the space between us in any relationship? When we invite another person onto our yoga mat the communication process becomes the focus of our awareness. Flying Partner Yoga is a joyful practice of sacred geometries, blending partner yoga, partner acrobatics and partner Thai massage. The practice allows two or more people to share weight, balance, and support in yoga flows. An empowering part of the practice involves one partner “flying” the other in safely supported asanas and inversions.

Take the risk and embrace the beauty of flight into a new consciousness. No previous yoga experience is necessary, but an adventurous spirit is a plus! Come with a partner, friend, or on your own.
